Our design group is composed of 6 divisions and associate companies – OSD Alliance Sdn Bhd, OSD Consultants (M) Sdn Bhd, PT Innovative Design Sdn Bhd, BR Innovative Design Sdn Bhd, Perunding Jambatan OSD Sdn Bhd, and OS Alliance Pte Ltd in Singapore. In 2019, we achieved another important milestone by obtaining an ISO certification for our quality management system in line with our group vision of providing superior services to our clients as well as to ensure our sustainable growth.
The group corporate office, OSD Alliance Sdn Bhd is led by Ir. Dr. Low Hin Foo as the Group’s Managing Director and Ms.Grace Fong as the Associate Director. OSD Alliance provides corporate and business services to support our associate companies, from project management and contract administration, to finance, human resource, IT, and facilities management.
Leading OSD Alliance Sdn Bhd is the accomplished tandem of Ir. Dr. Low Hin Foo, serving as the Group’s Managing Director, and Ms. Grace Fong, our adept Associate Director. Operating from the core of the corporate office, OSD Alliance excels not only in delivering a spectrum of corporate and business services—from corporate governance and group strategy direction to meticulous project management, contract administration, finance, human resources, IT, and facilities management but also in providing strategic support for our affiliated companies.
As the founding member of the group, OSD Consultants (M) Sdn Bhd was established in 2008 and is led by Ir. Dr Low as the Managing Director and Ir. Chang Chee Cheong as the Executive Director. OSD Consultants provides design services for buildings and bridges, encapsulating feasibility studies, project planning and implementation, construction technologies, cost analysis and optimisation, detailed designs, construction engineering services and support, temporary work designs, structural repair and strengthening, independent design reviews, and inspections as well as structural assessments.
PT Innovative Design (M) Sdn Bhd (PTID) is helmed by Ir. Tie King Bang as the Managing Director. PTID offers specialised and cost-effective engineering solutions on the detailed design of building structures, construction engineering services, and temporary work designs that address extra challenging and complex structural requirements. These include alternative designs for residential and commercial buildings as well as large shopping malls using prestressed beam-slabs, flat slabs, and transfer plates in order to optimise costs and ease construction.
BR Innovative Design (M) Sdn Bhd (BRID) is led by Mr. Chow Soon Keang as the Managing Director. BRID offers specialised design services pertaining to advanced bridge structural designs, construction engineering support for complicated bridge structures, and temporary work design.
As the Bumiputera division of the group, Perunding Jambatan OSD Sdn Bhd (PJOSD) manages bridge projects that require Bumiputera participation at its core. It is currently led by Ir. Khairul Anuar Bin Kamaruddin, who oversees all operations. PJOSD helms the design, coordination, as well as project management of bridges.
Our associate company, OS Alliance Pte Ltd (OSA) was established in Singapore together with our strategic local partner, One Smart Engineering Pte Ltd, to provide a focused consultancy design service on viaduct and bridge engineering within the republic. It is currently led the management team comprising of Er David Ng, Er. Dr. Victor Ong Chee Wee, Ir. Dr. Low Hin Foo and Ir. Foong Choon Woh and supported by a team of dedicated professional staff in our Singapore office. OSA offers specialised design services for bridges and viaducts, including bridge and viaduct full design of substructures and superstructure. One of the key strength of OSA is to provide construction engineering services and temporary work designs to support Contractor from precasting to launching of bridges and viaducts. OSA is currently the specialist consultant for the precasting of segmental box girder and balance cantilever launching for the construction of contracts J106 & J107 of Jurong Region Line (JRL). With the highly qualified and experienced team in OSA, we are able to offer professional consulting for bridge structural schemes general concept framing, project planning and construction methodology studies, value engineering as well as preparation of budgets for our Singaporean clients across design-and-build projects with bridges and viaducts.
